On 12/03/24, 2 winners will be selected to win a pair of tickets to either The Fonda Theatre in Los Angeles, California on January 19th, 2025 or The Town Hall in New York City on February 22nd, 2025.  Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received.

2.       ELIBILITY: Subject to the additional restrictions below, the Shovel Knight: Steel Thy Concert Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.

3.       HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes will begin at 12:01 a.m. (P.T.) on November 26th,  2024 and end at 11:59 p.m. (P.T.) on December 3rd, 2024 (the “Entry Period”)

On or about December 3rd, 2025, 2 winners will be selected to win 2 tickets to either the The Fonda Theatre in Los Angeles, California on January 19th, 2025 or The Town Hall in New York City on February 22nd, 2025.  Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. 

5         Winner Notification and Acceptance.  

Winners will be notified on or about December 3rd, 2025 by email address provided on winner’s newsletter signup.  Failure to reach winner by phone after three (3) attempts, return of email notification as undeliverable, or failure of winner to respond to email notification within forty-eight (48) hours of the date and time on the email may result in disqualification of winner, forfeiture of their interest in all prizes, and selection of a substitute winner from among all remaining eligible entries.

To claim the prize, each winner must present their confirmation to Will Call the day of the event.

Winners may waive their right to receive prizes. Prizes are nonassignable and nontransferable. No substitutions allowed by the winner. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Prizes and individual components of prize packages are subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Winners are solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes.  Winners may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility/liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law) which must be returned as directed by Sponsor.  Failure to sign and return the affidavit or release, or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, may result in a winner’s disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the award of the prize to a substitute winner.
